Your mission

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Specialist to lead the data analysis and visualization efforts within our Strategy & BI team, contributing to the success of the Marketing/Growth team.

This role involves not only advanced data interpretation but also leadership responsibilities, guiding the team in generating actionable insights

What will you do?

• Provide strategic leadership in data analysis and visualization within the Strategy & BI team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with overall business objectives.
• Lead the analysis of complex and large datasets to extract actionable insights, contributing to the development of comprehensive business strategies.
• Apply advanced statistical methods and data modeling techniques to uncover trends and patterns.
• Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated, interactive dashboards to communicate complex data trends and insights effectively.
• Mentor and guide the team in creating impactful reports and visualizations for various business units.
• Act as a key contributor in ensuring data alignment between the Strategy & BI team and the Marketing/Growth team.
• Establish and enforce data governance best practices to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
• Collaborate with the data team to provide maintenance to databases, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Contribute technical expertise to the creation of new databases and support ongoing data management initiatives.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related discipline).
• 4-6 years of proven expertise in data analysis and visualization, with a focus on marketing and growth analytics.
• Experience with AWS Databricks, PySpark, Python & SQL is required.
• Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Results oriented
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• English proficiency required
