What will be your mission?

We are looking for a Creative Project Management Analyst to join our team. Your mission will be to be responsible of optimize the processes for creating and delivering brand communication assets, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery through project management and data analysis.

What will you do?

• Coordinate and complete projects within the established scope, timelines, and budget, assigning responsibilities and monitoring progress.
• Organize the team's workflow, ensuring efficiency and quality in the production of communication assets, and understanding business requirements.
• Utilize project data to generate insights and strategic plans aligned with the brand's objectives.
• Operate project management platforms and guarantee the timely delivery of all deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve creative and production processes.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and effective communication within the team.
• Ensure the alignment of projects with the brand's strategic objectives.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Administration (desirable).
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Jr. Project Manager, Jr. Planner, or Jr. Account Manager in Creative Agencies or within a branding team.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Google Drive (Sheets), Slack, Asana.
• Analytical skills, data analysis. (Knowledge of performance / paid metrics)
• Creative Agencies & internal communication teams.
• Advanced English (B2).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with different areas.
• Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.) (desirable).
