The Product Specialist is a professional able to contribute on the building & follow up of projects and programs, supporting the CRM & Comms Global Head. The activities of the analysts are centralized around resource and work planning, data gathering, business case build & control, change management and project execution.

What will you do?

• Develop project strategy plans based on logical framework approaches
• Maintain project timeframes, objectives and communications
• Create and manage documentation and reports for projects
• Identify the goals and requirements of each project
• Verify data and information and analyze it to suit the direction of a project
• Track, forecast and report on project progress including metrics and challenges
• Collect the necessary information required to start projects
• Build business cases for Project Feasibility Analysis
• Maintain current knowledge on the legislation applicable to each project

What are we looking for?

• Graduate or intern of Business Administration, Engineering is desired
• Proven Project Management Experience is mandatory
• Problem solving methodologies & continuous improvement (Six Sigma, Problem Solving, Design Thinking, PMBok, Agile Methodologies)
• Proficient in computer technology & Microsoft Office Applications
• Fluent in English and Spanish
