We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the development and rollout of our ambitious product. As Kavak develops the leading car industry platform leveraging cutting-edge AI infrastructure, you will become a product leader of one of our key pillars. This pivotal role involves owning a product from its inception, scaling it to serve millions of users—both B2C and B2B—worldwide, and helping Kavak set new standards in vehicle certification globally. You will be at the forefront of our accelerated growth, ensuring the alignment of supply capabilities with our innovative demand strategies. Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the full product lifecycle, ensuring strategic goals are met while liaising with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch products.
  • Develop User Stories based on Product, Process, and People Needs, ensuring they accurately reflect the requirements and contribute to seamless functionality.
  • Manage and follow up on tasks that address Operational, Tactical, and Strategic initiatives, tailoring actions to specific country and regional needs while keeping track of plans, Key Success Metrics, Key Deliverables, and Dependencies.
  • Identify and classify main project risks, devising compelling solutions or workarounds to mitigate them effectively.
  • Generate regular reports following regional consistency scripts and prepare custom reports tailored to specific project needs.
  • Conduct project metrics reporting to provide insights and guide decision-making processes.
  • Drive the vision for the product, backed by personal expertise and market analysis, to ensure it delivers unique value to both B2C and B2B segments.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by incorporating cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of relevant product management experience, ideally within a tech-focused environment in the automotive or e-commerce industry.
  • Proven track record of building products using technology, with a strong ability to work closely with engineers to build and optimize product roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead product strategies and engage effectively with high-level stakeholders.
  • High energy and an interesting personality that contributes to team dynamics and project innovation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Experience leading teams and projects independently; ability to build a product single-handedly is a significant bonus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
