What will be your mission?

Deliver a jaw-dropping recruitment experience to candidates and hiring managers.

What you'll do?

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all profiles within the organization, ranging from operative to administrative positions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications for each position
  • Conduct thorough candidate screening and assessment through interviews and skills evaluations, providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system and other relevant databases
  • Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new hires

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and build relationships with hiring managers
  • Ability to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for various positions
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems like Zoho Recruit.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
