Operations Senior Manager will oversee all aspects of the reconditioning processes for second-hand vehicles, including after-sales, inspection, quality control, mechanical, and logistics processes. This role is crucial to ensuring that our vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Manage and lead the Operations team, providing direction and support to ensure all team members perform effectively and efficiently.
  • Reconditioning Processes: Oversee the entire reconditioning process for second-hand vehicles, ensuring they meet Carvak’s quality standards, while also managing third-party vendors and service providers involved in the process.
  • Inspection: Manage the vehicle inspection process to ensure all vehicles are thoroughly checked and any issues are identified and addressed.
  • Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure all vehicles meet the necessary standards before sale.
  • Mechanical Processes: Supervise the mechanical processes involved in vehicle reconditioning, ensuring all repairs and maintenance are performed to high standards.
  • Logistics: Oversee the logistics processes to ensure timely and efficient transportation of vehicles, and manage third-party vendors and service providers involved in the process.
  • After-Sales: Manage after-sales processes to ensure customer satisfaction and address any post-purchase issues.
  • New Revenues: Provide repair and maintenance services to both Kavak and non-Kavak customers, contributing to additional profits through operations, fleet management, and related activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Customer Service, to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to the CEO on operations performance, including key metrics and areas for improvement.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations managerial roles, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in English
