What will be your mission?

● Work with the global finance team to provide guidance on accounting and process control, particularly with accounting and financial consolidation.

● Work together with the accounting and finance teams of the subsidiaries for consolidation and financial reporting issues.

● Coordinate activities between the external audit teams and the subsidiary teams.

● Coordinate internal control activities in financial and accounting reporting.

● Coordinate Transfer Pricing activities between subsidiaries to comply with international regulations.

What are we looking for?

● Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, administration, applied mathematics or related field.

● Experience minimum of 5 to 10 years in a similar role.

● Experience in multi-currency accounting consolidation and process: USD, MXN. Preferably in transnational companies.

● Knowledge of accounting regulations - IFRS.

● Experience with ERP: Netsuite, SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle Financials, etc.

● Advanced English: be able to present and defend ideas eloquently and fluently.

● Ability to make models (Excel) and clear presentations (Powerpoint).

● Soft Skills: Attention to detail, problem solving, effective communication with various areas, good management of stakeholders, sense of urgency, adaptability, among others.
