As a Growth Marketing Planning Specialist, you'll have the exciting responsibility of leading the way in establishing and tracking key monthly objectives for our operations in Mexico.

Job Responsibilities:

You'll be behind the planning of our acquisition, sales, and profitability initiatives, working in a dynamic environment where every decision you make will directly impact the success of our business. You’ll also be responsible for tracking the marketing spend, making sure it is being executed correctly. If you're passionate about the challenge of optimizing business strategies and unleashing growth potential, this is the perfect role for you!

  • Develop and manage monthly strategic planning Marketing for purchasing, sales, and profitability teams.
  • Use analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau to generate data queries and analyses that drive decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Pricing, Supply, Sales, and New Revenues, to align objectives and strategies.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to continuously daily track marketing performance.
  • Establish processes and routines to define objectives, track progress, and determine actionable steps to correct deviations.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in business processes through data analysis and result evaluation.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related discipline).
  • +4 years of experience in a planning or data analyst role, preferably with exposure to marketing and growth analytics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
