About the role

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all commercial processes related to Trade-In value proposition, managing large teams with day to day customer service and conversion rates targets
• Data Management: Manage and organize data related to SLAs, including financial & controlling data and performance metrics.
• Making sure we offer a great customer experience by meeting high NPS scores and by increasing financing (among other products) penetration.
• Communication Coordination: Facilitate communication between internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure smooth operations processes and improve customer experience.
• Issue Resolution: Address any issues and business challenges, working closely with relevant stakeholders to find solutions.

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree with over 5 years of overall experience.
• Previous experience in Commercial Operations, Sales, Project Management
• Previous experience in Retail, eCommerce, Automotive
• Ability to understand business processing requirements using technology and conceptualize creative solutions to implement them
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills & strong interpersonal and customer relation skills
• Experience in Operational excellence solutions & consumer-focused funnels.
