About the role

Key Responsibilities :

  • Documentation Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of all post-purchases documentation, including contracts, agreements, and legal documents of purchased cars
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the post-purchase process
  • Data Management: Manage and organize data related to SLAs, including financial & controlling data and performance metrics.
  • Communication Coordination: Facilitate communication between internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure smooth operations processes and improve customer experience.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve back-office processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Issue Resolution: Address any issues and business challenges, working closely with relevant stakeholders to find solutions.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with over 5 years of overall experience.
  • Previous experience in Operations, Logistics and/or Backoffice Management is required
  • Previous experience in Retail, eCommerce, Automotive, Logistics is preferred
  • Ability to understand business processing requirements using technology and conceptualize creative solutions to implement them
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills & strong interpersonal and customer relation skills
  • Experience in Managing large teams, Project management, Operational excellence solutions & Cost Controlling
