What will be your mission?
  • Responsible for the procurement of all material & services necessary mainly in the categories of automotive spare parts & 3rd party services like PDR, Detailing
  • Define spare parts strategy & lead the spare parts team under this strategy
  • Works cooperatively and collaboratively with all internal cross functional partners mainly with Operations Team
  • Design and implement needs and supplier portfolio (research, identify, evaluate) with internal business partners
  • Negotiate with suppliers on cost, quality, payment and delivery terms
  • Develop, execute, and analyze RFx’s, manage contracts & make documentations in line with Company Policy and procedures
  • Monitor, manage and report on the basis of related KPI’s
What are we looking for?
  • Graduated from related undergraduate or associate degree departments of universities
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement in spare parts & 3rd party services
  • ERP Management
  • Negotiation skills to deal with vendors of different categories & aiming always for the best results
  • Able to adapt to an environment that requires fast-paced and intensive relationship management
  • Good team member, smiling and caring with a positive attitude
  • Proven project management and prioritization skills (Knowing how to control project expectations in terms of scope, time, quality and budget)
  • Self-learner with an Entrepreneurship and Commercial sense
  • Advanced level of English
  • Good level of MS Office programs (Especially MS-Excel knowledge is an asset)
