The Opportunity
As a Channel Account Manager at Kandji, you'll play a pivotal role in executing our partnership-driven, go-to-market strategy across the EMEA region. Based in our London office, you will be the face of Kandji to key resellers—building new relationships, deepening existing ones, and driving measurable revenue growth.
Our mission is to make Kandji the undisputed leader in endpoint management and security. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the success of our channel program and expanding Kandji’s reach across the EMEA market.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Build, manage, and grow partnerships with technology and reseller organizations across the EMEA region
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through joint sales and marketing activities
- Represent Kandji’s full product suite to assigned partners and ensure alignment with their go-to-market priorities
- Act as a quarterback across internal teams—sales, product, support—to ensure a consistent and high-value partner experience
- Proactively develop joint partner plans, including financial targets, performance milestones, and shared KPIs
- Coach and enable internal sales teams to engage and close business through partner-led motions
- Navigate channel conflict through transparent communication and strong internal alignment
- Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with partner agreements, including deal registration and revenue tracking
- Champion the adoption of Kandji partner programs and tools to drive consistent partner success
- Travel across the region as required (approximately 20%)
What You Bring
- 5+ years of channel sales experience, ideally within information technology or cybersecurity
- Proven success managing and scaling reseller and technology partner relationships across EMEA
- Strong commercial instincts, with the ability to build business plans and spot growth opportunities
- High EQ and excellent communication skills—able to build trust across stakeholders
- Proficiency in macOS and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Highly organized with strong prioritization and time-management skills
- A self-starter mindset with a bias toward action, ownership, and accountability
- Experience creating strategic account plans and delivering on pipeline and revenue targets
