The Opportunity:
As the Senior Revenue Systems Manager, you will be the technical powerhouse behind Kandji’s GTM Strategy & Operations teams, responsible for designing, optimizing, and automating the systems that power Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and beyond. You will own the entire revenue tech stack, ensuring seamless CRM integrations, workflow automation, data integrity, and scalability across our go-to-market teams.
This role requires deep technical expertise in Python, SQL, APIs, and automation to build integrations, improve data accuracy, and streamline processes that drive revenue growth. You will work cross-functionally with RevOps, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure that our tools—including HubSpot, marketing automation platforms, sales engagement tools, and customer success systems—are efficient, connected, and aligned with business goals.
How You Will Make a Difference Day to Day:
- Own and optimize the Revenue Tech Stack – Manage and enhance our CRM (HubSpot), marketing automation, sales engagement, and customer success tools
- Develop integrations & automation – Leverage Python, SQL, and APIs to build scalable workflows that connect systems, improve data accuracy, and reduce manual work
- Improve data integrity & reporting – Ensure clean, accurate data flows between platforms, supporting analytics, forecasting, and business intelligence efforts
- Support strategic initiatives – Partner with RevOps leadership on system enhancements that align with revenue growth strategies, including lead routing, attribution modeling, and territory management
- Troubleshoot & resolve system issues – Act as the primary point of contact for diagnosing and resolving system-related issues across the Revenue organization
- Evaluate & implement new technologies – Stay ahead of emerging tools and best practices to enhance our tech stack and drive efficiency
Minimum Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in business/revenue systems, RevOps, or similar technical role, preferably within a high-growth SaaS environment
- Strong technical expertise in Python, SQL, APIs, and tools such as Hex, Omni, Fivetran, Zapier, Workato, Hightouch, or custom scripts
- Hands-on CRM experience, including administration, customization, and workflow automation
- Experience managing integrations between marketing, sales, and customer success platforms (e.g., Apollo, Salesloft, Outreach, Marketo, Gong, Gainsight)
- Deep understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and system scalability
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Bonus Points
- Experience with RevOps analytics, sales planning, and forecasting
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
- Prior experience implementing usage-based billing, CPQ, or contract management systems
