The Opportunity:
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Channel Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our Tier 1 channel partners. Based out of our headquarters in Miami, this role will be responsible for driving revenue growth through our most strategic partners. The Channel Account Manager will work closely with the Director of Channel Sales to execute partner strategies, ensure partner success, and achieve Kandji’s overall sales goals.
How you'll make an impact day to day:
- Partner Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Tier 1 channel partners, managing day-to-day relationships and ensuring they are fully supported. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partner stakeholders.
- Revenue Growth: Drive sales through Tier 1 partners by developing and executing joint business plans. Identify new opportunities, develop strategies to increase partner sales, and work collaboratively to achieve revenue targets.
- Enablement: Provide ongoing training and enablement to ensure partners are knowledgeable about Kandji’s products, value propositions, and competitive advantages. Work with internal teams to deliver resources and support that help partners succeed.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the Director of Channel Sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on go-to-market strategies and ensure that partner needs are met. Participate in joint marketing activities, such as events, webinars, and campaigns, to drive partner engagement and lead generation.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on partner performance, including sales, pipeline, and joint initiatives. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and work with partners to optimize performance.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions that could impact channel sales. Use this knowledge to inform partner strategies and initiatives.
Minimum qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales or partner management, preferably in the SaaS or IT management industry.
- Proven Track Record: Successfully managed and grew relationships with key channel partners and drove revenue growth through indirect sales channels.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and influence partner stakeholders at all levels.
- Relationship Management: Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans for partner success while also being able to execute tactically on a day-to-day basis.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with IT management solutions or the ability to quickly learn and understand technical products.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Required to work on-site Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
