How you will make a difference day to day
- Bring new product innovations to market.
- You’ll lead the go-to-market strategy and launches, including positioning, content creation, and cross-functional execution.
- Be the go-to person for teams who need your guidance in messaging and positioning for demand gen campaigns, events, sales collateral, and training.
- Create content and guide the product storytelling for emails, landing pages, ads, and more.
- Analyze data and synthesize insights from competitors, deals, and customer calls.
- Conduct ongoing buyer and customer research to build persona profiles and ideal customer profile (ICP) segmentation.
- Create campaign briefs and track campaign results to report on ROI.
- Identify opportunities to produce breakthrough campaigns and create buzz when launching new innovations.
- Drive internal & external awareness of existing product differentiators & new features.
- Contribute to strategic plans and annual forecasts.
- Help to grow the product marketing function and establish best practices.
- Plan, execute, and report on the go-to-market for new products and features.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of product marketing experience in high-growth B2B SaaS.
- A strong writer.
- You are comfortable crafting product descriptions, event descriptions, and website copy.
- Experience ideating & creating multi-media content for social media, website, email, advertising, and more.
- Think big picture and get your hands dirty.
- You are not just an effective strategist, you can get the job done.
- Hyper-organized and comfortable wrangling resources, timelines, technology, and people to accomplish objectives.
- You hold yourself to the highest standard of excellence in all aspects of your work.
- You can show it with examples of campaigns or other collateral that required your resourcefulness, insight, and attention to detail.
- Ability to rapidly gain an in-depth knowledge of the Kandji product, device management industry, and competitors.
- You start with why— weaving “why does this matter” into all your work and messaging.
- Enthusiasm to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes.
- Required to work on-site 5x a week in our Miami office (Coral Gables).
Preferred Qualifications
- You bring experience in B2B SaaS product marketing for cybersecurity, IT, device management, or other products with technical buyers.
