The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who is passionate about driving acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth by creating seamless and personalized experiences throughout the customer journey. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that nurture prospects, onboard new customers, and build long-term relationships with existing clients. By understanding the needs of our B2B audience, you’ll play a key role in increasing customer lifetime value and driving business growth.

How you will make a difference day to day

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B lifecycle marketing strategy that nurtures leads, engages prospects, and retains customers across multiple touchpoints.
  • Create and manage automated email marketing campaigns to guide prospects through the sales funnel, focusing on lead nurturing, onboarding, upselling, and re-engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all stages of the customer journey.
  • Analyze customer data and behaviors to identify opportunities for segmentation and personalization, delivering tailored messaging that addresses specific customer needs.
  • Optimize existing campaigns through A/B testing, segmentation, and performance analysis, continuously improving metrics such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and retention.
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and expansion by developing loyalty programs, educational content, and personalized communication strategies.
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms to build scalable and efficient workflows that drive customer engagement and streamline marketing efforts.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform future campaigns and lifecycle strategies.
  • Required to work on-site 5x a week in our Miami office (Coral Gables).

Minimum qualifications

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or email marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing and customer journey optimization.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and increase retention.
  • Strong understanding of B2B customer behavior and experience creating campaigns that align with the unique needs of business clients.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization best practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for campaign tracking and performance analysis.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
  • Understanding of content marketing and how it integrates with lifecycle campaigns to educate and engage customers.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Required to work on-site 5x a week in our Miami office (Coral Gables).

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience leveraging gamification to drive adoption & engagement.
  • Experience creating referral and user-generated content initiatives to drive growth flywheels.
