Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing People team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and is passionate about creating a seamless candidate experience while also contributing to a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture in our new Denver office.
This position will be based out of our Denver office. Candidates must be available to start work by 8 a.m. local time (10 a.m. EST).
Position Responsibilities:
Recruitment Operations
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and interviewers
- Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and attention to detail
- Support job postings, candidates communications, and feedback collection
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve and streamline hiring processes
Office Management and Culture
- Serve as a point of contact for office-related needs Denver, including supplies, vendors, and facilities related coordination
- Help plan and execute in-office events, team building activities and culture initiatives
- Support onboarding logistics for new hires, including partnership with People Operations team and IT
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive office environment
General People Operations Support
- Assist with ad hoc projects across the People team
- Help maintain internal documentation and process guides
- Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR or office management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and supporting a distributed team
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse) is a plus
- Passion for people, culture and creating great experiences
