Reporting to the Growth Product Manager, the Member Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing member-facing content to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention of our members. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who can work cross functionally to execute marketing strategies, optimize member experiences, and drive member engagement. This individual will play a critical role in advancing our marketing strategy to deliver an experience that Jasper members and our affiliates love.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead dedicated member marketing efforts for Jasper and Affiliate members, owning and continually improving Jasper’s playbook for member acquisition and engagement that meets our members’ needs and personalized communication preferences
  • Build, monitor, and analyze messaging and outreach campaigns that leverage multiple channels including in-app messaging, native push notifications, personalized nudges, email, SMS, landing pages, paid social, direct mail, and telephonic outreach.
  • Collaborate with content and design partners to develop compelling content across all channels.
  • Run A/B tests and analysis on all campaigns/initiatives to regularly refine messaging, draw actionable conclusions, and continuously improve pull-through.
  • Conduct user research to gain insights into member experiences and preferences, and utilize findings to enhance member marketing strategies.
  • Implement ongoing member marketing efforts to address and improve member retention, including growing Jasper’s community and patient ambassador program.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • Established track record of creating and executing successful consumer marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience building multi-channel user journeys in Braze or similar engagement platforms
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills with the ability to adapt to different communication channels.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial personality with the ability to get stuff done while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working in a “B2B2C” environment. Where Jasper is serving both its clients (insurance provider, health system, employer, etc.) as well as our members (patients, employees) to maximize effectiveness of our offering.
  • Experience in healthcare (chronic condition management or oncology)
