Mission
As our Founder's Associate Intern, you'll work directly alongside the CEO & Co-Founder and the Growth Team, inside the engine room of a company that moves fast and builds with intense momentum. This is not a structured graduate program. You'll be given the keys to the driver's seat, trusted early, and expected to deliver. This role is full-time in Berlin, office-based, starting immediately for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
Core responsibilities
- Own the full inquiry-to-signature motion: price, negotiate, and get it done
- Leverage AI-native tooling to automate what's repetitive and double down on what converts
- Run discovery and qualification calls daily with high-intent inbound leads, with energy, not just volume
- Close qualified prospects through structured, consultative conversations that earn trust fast
- Coordinate closely with our tax & Accounting partner for smooth KYC and onboarding handover
- Keep HubSpot immaculate: clean pipeline, sharp follow-ups, zero ambiguity on deal status
- Own a strong lead flow, a proven offer, and a clear ICP waiting for you on day one
- Rock it: your quota is real, uncapped, and your impact is visible
- Lead: you're not just executing a playbook, you're improving it with scripts, workflows, conversion rates.

Your profile
- You're obsessed with AI tools to automate workflow steps, cut friction, and close faster, and you can speak to exactly how
- You've operated against a quota above €1M
- You crushed your quota over multiple quarters; you're president of the President's Club
- You're fluent German and English with strong business communication in both languages
- You're comfortable in high-volume, high-pace startups; you're fully ramped up in two months
- You take full ownership of revenue outcomes, no waiting to be managed
- You have 1 to 3 years in sales with real closing exposure: you've tracking records of your impact
- Background in fintech, accounting, tax, or SMB SaaS
- Experience working in a top tier venture-backed startups
