Mission
We’re seeking a daring operator to join us as our first Talent Acquisition Lead in Berlin. You'll be leading the talent acquisition efforts at Integral. This is a unique chance to join at the ground floor and shape the future of talent acquisition at Integral from scratch.

Your focus
  • Hiring process: Oversee the entire hiring journey, working closely with our growth, corporate, and operations teams to gain a deep understanding of their requirements and the specific skills they need.
  • Active sourcing: Proactively identify and engage top talent to build a strong pipeline of candidates for our team.
  • Candidate experience: Support candidates throughout every stage of the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience and serving as a reliable advisor and coach.
  • Employer brand: Help us shape the employer brand of Integral to attract key talent.
Your profile
  • Hands-on Recruitment Experience: You have a proven track record in recruitment, gained either in-house or at a recruitment agency.
  • Organizational Skills: You’re adept at multitasking, prioritizing daily responsibilities, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • 0 to 1 Mindset: You’re excited by the challenge of building things from scratch—whether it’s setting up tools, processes, or entirely new ideas.
  • Communication Skills: You present yourself with confidence and clarity, and you’ll represent Integral to candidates with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Language Proficiency: You are fluent in both English and German, allowing you to connect with a diverse range of candidates.
  • Versatility: You’re comfortable engaging with candidates across different functions, from operations and corporate roles to technical positions.
