We’re seeking a daring operator to join us as a Founders’ Associate Intern. In this high-impact role, you’ll be at the forefront of our overall growth strategy within one of Germany’s most well-funded FinTech ventures.

Acting as the essential bridge between our tax and product teams, you’ll help launch our operations and lead business development efforts.

You’ll gain hands-on experience building a startup from the ground up alongside seasoned and visionary FinTech entrepreneurs.

• GTM: Actively collaborate in defining our GTM strategy and how to achieve it. Together with the CEO you will analyse market trends, conduct competitor analysis and set-up our operational business, placing you right in the heart of Integral.
• Business Development: Drive our business development initiatives from research to strategic resource planning and the launch of implementation efforts.
• Strategic Projects: Drive various strategic initiatives, ramping up business operations and ensuring operational excellence.

• Proven High Performance: You've excelled in high-impact roles across strategy, consulting, startups, or similar dynamic environments, proving your adaptability and drive for results.
