We’re seeking a strong operator to join us as a Growth Associate. In this high-impact role, you’ll be leading our overall growth strategy and work hands-on with the rest of the team in acquiring new clients.

You’ll run the entire growth operations across all our channels and will be leveraging AI to ensure that we can be as efficient as possible.

Your focus

• GTM: Actively lead our GTM strategy and execute it. Together with the CEO you will work on setting up and scaling different channels+concept to make Integral well known Europe-wide.
• AI: Leverage and experiment with AI tooling to make sure that we can build up our GTM efficiently and scalably.

• Proven High Performance: You've excelled in a high-impact role in another startup/scale-up in a GTM function, provind your drive for results.
• Proactive and Initiative: You thrive in ambiguity, taking full ownership of challenges and creatively navigating toward effective solutions.
• Eagerness and Analytical: Changing tasks & requirements excite you. You are able to think logically, break down complex problems and flexibly adapt in your daily work.
