About Us
InStride Health’s mission is to deliver specialty anxiety and OCD care that works for every kid, teen, young adult, and family who needs it. Through this mission, we are expanding access to insurance-based care, increasing engagement in treatment, and improving treatment outcomes. We are doing this by combining research-backed clinical care and innovative technology to eliminate the major problems with care today: difficulty finding providers, months of waiting to be seen, arduous onboarding processes, and inconsistent use of evidence-based therapies and outcomes tracking. Our vision is to become the nation’s most trusted provider of pediatric anxiety and OCD care.
Team InStride Health: Our Core Values
- Give Heart: We lead with heart, treating patients and their families the way we want our loved ones to be treated.
- Work Smart: We find smarter ways to solve hard problems and fix the broken mental health system by leveraging technology, diversity of thought, and innovation.
- Have Humility: We leave our egos at the door, empowering our team to collaborate, celebrate diversity, and adopt a growth mindset.
- Embrace Community: We all belong. We are in this together, and we never worry alone. We believe in each other and recognize that every voice matters.
About the Role
We are looking for a Brand and Creative Manager to shape how InStride shows up across every brand touchpoint, from our website and patient stories to social content, sales collateral, and campaign creative. Families come to us during some of the most vulnerable moments in their lives, and our creative has to build trust across the families seeking care, the providers referring to them, and the payors making that care accessible. Reporting to the Director of Consumer Marketing, you will lead creative strategy that strengthens our brand and drives measurable business outcomes, translating audience insight into compelling storytelling across the full customer journey. This is a fully remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve InStride’s brand story across every customer touchpoint, including website, social, email, print, and paid campaigns, ensuring consistent tone, messaging, and visual storytelling.
- Set creative strategy and direction for InStride’s social media presence, building a cohesive, channel-native brand across platforms.
- Translate complex clinical concepts into clear, compassionate, parent-friendly storytelling, and build scalable systems for capturing and amplifying patient and caregiver stories.
- Own creative strategy for paid acquisition channels, including Meta, YouTube, and emerging platforms, balancing long-term brand building with near-term acquisition goals.
- Develop messaging frameworks and creative concepts grounded in audience motivations, barriers, and decision-making.
- Partner with Growth Marketing on creative testing roadmaps that use behavioral data and campaign performance to continuously improve creative effectiveness.
- Concept and produce content across formats, including short-form video, social content, patient stories, and educational resources, directing designers, videographers, and agencies through execution.
- Execute hands-on creative work as needed in a fast-moving growth environment, and contribute to thought leadership content for clinical leaders and founders.
- Raise the creative bar across the organization by championing high-quality storytelling, thoughtful design, and audience-first messaging.
- Act as a creative bridge across Growth, Clinical, and Technology teams, partnering with clinicians to keep messaging accurate and responsible and with product design to keep the parent and patient experience consistent.
- Monitor cultural trends, mental health conversations, platform shifts, and competitor activity to continually inform creative strategy.
What You Need to Succeed in the Role
- 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand marketing, performance creative, or content strategy, in an in-house or agency environment, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality work that has driven brand and business results.
- Strategic thinker who understands how creative drives both long-term brand building and measurable performance outcomes, with a strong grasp of customer psychology, messaging, positioning, and audience segmentation.
- Experience developing creative testing strategies and translating audience insights, customer research, and campaign performance into stronger creative and messaging.
- Comfortable operating as an individual contributor, equally effective setting creative strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute.
- Experience leading creative work with designers, videographers, agencies, and cross-functional partners, including hands-on production using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or Figma.
- Fluent in social and digital platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, and comfortable directing or appearing on camera for interviews and educational content.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate creative ideation, content development, and workflow efficiency while exercising strong creative judgment.
- Collaborative and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and confidence giving and receiving creative direction and feedback.
- Background in healthcare or another high-trust industry is a plus.
The expected annual salary for this role is between $116,000-$130,000. Actual starting salary will be determined on an individualized basis and will be based on several factors including but not limited to specific skill set, work experience, etc.
