Overview

Instacart’s Core Shopping + Enterprise design team builds the end-to-end experiences that help customers discover, shop, and check out with confidence—while also empowering our top retail partners with enterprise-grade capabilities. As a Product Designer on this team you'll be designing experiences used by millions of customers every week—work that directly impacts how families eat, save time, and live better.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, user researchers, and content designers to solve customer problems and elevate the craft and quality of Instacart's most visible, high-impact experiences—the ones that define how millions of people shop for groceries every week. You’ll move fluidly from concept to craft—framing problems, exploring multiple approaches, and shipping thoughtfully designed solutions at scale.

Our Instacart Design Team is an innovative and collaborative group of Product Designers, Content Designers, Researchers, and Program Managers. United by a passion for design excellence, we are committed to making grocery shopping as seamless and effortless as possible. We distinguish ourselves by delivering extraordinary results in ordinary tasks, always driven by curiosity, empathy, and creativity in our pursuit of excellence.
