Overview

About the Role - This role will lead Partnerships within product at Instacart. In this role, you will be focused on extending the Instacart experience via third-parties partnerships in order to attract new customers and add value for existing customers; examples of existing work that would map to this PM includes our Instacart+ integrations with NYT Cooking or Peacock.

About the Team - This role has a dedicated XFN team (engineering, design, data). You will also work very closely with a dedicated Partnership facing team.

About the Job

In this role you will:

  • Set the product strategy for Partnerships in collaboration with our Partnerships team.
  • Own the product work required to get Partnership initiatives to successful outcomes. This will most often require both customers to experience changes across the Instacart app in addition to underlying platform changes (e.g., creating new IC+ benefit types).
  • Collaborate closely with teams across Instacart to ensure each Partnership is done in a way that unlocks long-term value for broader sets of use-cases.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • Track record shipping winning consumer products in a highly iterative fashion.
  • Strong product strategy skills - you have clear examples of transforming ambiguous problems into clear roadmaps that deliver organizational level impact.
  • Strong communication skills - experience presenting complex product strategy to internal leaders and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience owning consumer products focused on user acquisition or retention.
  • Experience on consumer Partnership products.Experience on membership products.
