We are expanding our Marketing department and we’re looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team! In this position you will help to develop a new vertical of delivery services by prospecting and building relationships with various clients.
Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Launch/onboard new clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship
- Develop existing clients
- Search for a new potential clients via existing channels
- Provide customer oriented service to key accounts
- Solve clients’ inquiries, questions, concerns in a proactive manner
- Database management to keep track of key performance indicators for the assigned accounts
- Cooperate with other companies to enable partnerships growth
- Achieve clients engagement through innovative strategies
- Promote the product to potential clients
Qualifications
What we expect from you:
- University degree
- At least 2 years of relevant sales experience in logistics/delivery
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to make structured business judgment
- Advanced MS office user
- Upper intermediate/fluent English
