Sales Manager is responsible for searching new clients, signing contracts, growing key metrics, and developing partner relationships in the territory of Uzbekistan
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters;
- Launch/onboard new clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship
- Develop existing clients
- Search for a new potential clients via existing channels
- Provide customer oriented service to key accounts
- Solve clients’ inquiries, questions, concerns in a proactive manner
- Database management to keep track of key performance indicators for the assigned accounts
- Cooperate with other companies to enable partnerships growth
- Achieve clients engagement through innovative strategies
- Promote the product to potential clients
Qualifications
- >2 years of relevant sales experience in logistics/delivery
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to make structured business judgement
- Advanced MS office user
- Upper intermediate/fluent English
