Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead complex and long-term projects aimed at the growth of product and marketing indicators of business growth


  • Growth Hacking and Organic User Acquisition: Actively seek innovative methods for growth hacking to drive organic user acquisition
  • Identify and implement strategies to increase user acquisition and retention, leveraging creative and data-driven approaches to achieve sustainable growth
  • Project Management: Take charge of product marketing projects, ensuring their successful execution, from concept to completion, within set timelines and objectives
  • User Funnel Analysis and Conversion Optimization: Analyze the user funnel to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, with a primary focus on enhancing conversions at each stage. Implement strategies to optimize the user journey and increase conversion rates
  • In-App Communication Channels: Develop and implement novel channels of communication within the app to engage and inform users, fostering a seamless and enriched user experience
  • Customer Journey Mapping (CJM): Conduct in-depth CJM researches to gain a comprehensive understanding of the user experience, enabling the creation of more targeted and effective marketing strategies and product improvements


  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry
  • Advanced English
  • Product Knowledge: A solid understanding of the product development process and the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits
  • Market Expertise: Proven experience in market research, competitor analysis, and market segmentation
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop effective marketing strategies
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and present ideas clearly
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset with the ability to listen to customer feedback and translate it into actionable product and marketing improvements
  • Tech-savvy: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, data analytics, and CRM software is a plus
  • Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
