Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist based in Bogota. As an Influencer Marketing Specialist at inDrive, you will play a pivotal role in our influencer marketing campaigns and special projects. You will be responsible for collaborating with various teams to create and implement influencer marketing strategies and special projects that go beyond traditional marketing campaigns.

Tasks and duties are to:

  • Develop and coordinate influencer marketing strategies in LatAm (South and Central America).
  • Manage influencer marketing campaigns, including strategy development, execution, reporting, and post-analytics for optimization.
  • Collaborate with local agencies for procurement, tenders, communication, and content approval.
  • Brief the digital media team to launch promotional campaigns for influencer content.
  • Work closely with owned media channels, including the SMM team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and analyze competitors' influencer marketing activations.
  • Lead the ambassador program in Colombia, Peru, and Mexico.
  • Handle documentation and contracts with the support of the marketing operations team.
  • Utilize project management platforms (Wrike, Jira), data analytics dashboards (Tableau), and influencer marketing analytics platforms.
  • Develop and execute special content projects.
  • Coordinate in-house project teams for multimedia content projects, involving SMM, PR, CRM, Digital, and business teams.
  • Develop tactics and strategies for local content projects in Latin America.

You will be a good fit for our team if you:

  • 2+ years of experience with Influencer Marketing projects.
  • Advanced English level: B2+
  • Proactive with strong decision-making skills and a data-driven approach.
  • Understanding of main marketing and PR metrics and KPIs, including media and performance.
  • Proficiency in using results forecasting and influencers' accounts' data to create effective media plans.
  • In-depth knowledge of the influencers' market landscape in Latin America, including niches, interests, PR risks, and audiences.
  • Experience in developing and executing content strategies with influencers.
  • Experience in developing and executing special projects with influencers or other multimedia content projects.
  • Experience in managing ambassador programs or long-term collaborations with influencers.

Nice to have:

  • Project management skills as a lead of small and mid-size project groups (3-8 people).
  • Experience in working with a wide network of influencer marketing subcontractors.
  • Experience with crowd-posting campaigns involving 100+ nano influencers in a short period of time.
