Now we're looking for a Customer Support Specialist in Thailand, who will work remotely.

Tasks and duties are to:

  • Response to clients requests via chat and email
  • Analysis of client requests (chat, email)
  • Outgoing calls to clients
  • Conflicts resolution

You will be a good fit for our team if you:

  • Native language speaker
  • Fluent English (obligatory)
  • Knowledge of Lao language (optional)
  • Good verbal communication
