Now we're looking for a Customer Support Specialist in Thailand, who will work remotely.

Tasks and duties are to:
- Response to clients requests via chat and email
- Analysis of client requests (chat, email)
- Outgoing calls to clients
- Conflicts resolution
You will be a good fit for our team if you:
- Native language speaker
- Fluent English (obligatory)
- Knowledge of Lao language (optional)
- Good verbal communication
- Multi-tasking
