We are expanding our Corporate Security department and we’re looking for a Security Specialist to join our team! If you are an excellent team player who strives for great performance and end results, we’d like to meet you! In this position you will use these skills to ensure best practices and safe procedures regarding different administrative areas.
Tasks and duties are to:
- Manage tasks in the field of personal security
- Develop, update and implement regulatory documents
- Manage the beginning of procurement processes
- Develop contacts with suppliers, take part in meetings
- Hold 3rd party security checks
- Lead actions regarding external crises situations and investigation of frauds in different contexts
You will be a good fit for our team if you:
- Advanced English level
- Native Portuguese level
- Experience in creating and updating regulatory documents
- Experience in identifying signs and evidence of fraud, abuse and conflicts of interest
- Experience and knowledge of company partner screening procedures, counterparties, procurement procedures (third party security)
- Experience in investigating HR and financial security incidents
- Familiarity with Civil, Criminal and Administrative Law principles
- Understanding and respect of confidentiality measures
- To hold a work ethic and professional attitude while handling different tasks
