We are looking for UX Writer who will be responsible for improving the user experience for our customers.
Tasks and duties are to:
- Write and edit texts in the interface in both Russian and English languages.
- Adhere to the established Tone of Voice and editorial policies.
- Collaborate with the product team and designers to enhance the UX of the inDrive website and application.
- Populate and maintain glossaries in both Russian and English.
- Dive into the product, study, and resolve user issues.
You will be a good fit for our team if you:
- Experience working as a UX Writer or Technical Writer.
- Ability to apply UX principles in practice.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Prioritization skills.
- Ability to logically justify suggestions.
- Initiative - proposing topics for research and utilizing their results in work.
- Knowledge of localization principles.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Miro, Crowdin, Jira, Wrike.
