We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer support team, which is responsible for handling incidents, that occurred among service users in CIS region.

Tasks and duties are to:

Processing of requests from clients in Russian and Kazakh languages
Making outgoing calls in Kazakh

You will be a good fit for our team if you:

Fluency in spoken and written Kazakh
Fluency in oral and written Russian
Sociability and stress tolerance (we often resolve conflict situations)
The desire to help people
Confident computer skills
Fast printing speed
Ability to work harmoniously in a team

Would be an asset:

Basic level of English (the better knowledge of English, the faster you can grow up the career ladder)
