We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer support team, which is responsible for handling incidents, that occurred among service users in CIS region.
Tasks and duties are to:
- Processing of requests from clients in Russian and Kazakh languages
- Making outgoing calls in Kazakh
You will be a good fit for our team if you:
- Fluency in spoken and written Kazakh
- Fluency in oral and written Russian
- Sociability and stress tolerance (we often resolve conflict situations)
- The desire to help people
- Confident computer skills
- Fast printing speed
- Ability to work harmoniously in a team
Would be an asset:
- Basic level of English (the better knowledge of English, the faster you can grow up the career ladder)
- Proactivity and initiative
