We are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team, which is responsible for data collection and conducting researches to support marketing strategies.

Tasks and duties are to:

  • Utilize large and complex datasets to derive actionable business insights and drive marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports to track key marketing metrics
  • Leverage statistical analysis techniques to identify trends, correlations, and patterns in marketing data
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design, execute, and measure A/B and multivariate tests
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Predict future marketing trends and consumer behavior through machine learning models and algorithms
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders, influencing marketing decisions
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company data governance policies
  • Stay current with the latest industry trends and advancements in marketing analytics

You will be a good fit for our team if you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role
  • Strong experience with SQL and Python (or R) for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis, regression modeling, machine learning, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies and techniques to drive marketing efforts

Optional:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling
