Tasks and duties are to:

- Experience in business analytics and/or product analytics;

- A good level of preparation in mathematics, probability theory and mathematical statistics (understanding of the theory at a high level, experience in conducting A / B tests, testing hypotheses on data in practice);

- Working with data at a high level (sql, python/pandas, working with geo-data);

- Critical thinking (understanding the goals of the direction and the company, the ability to validate and question the results, the ability to check and evaluate the results of the work of subordinate and related departments);

- Independence in work, the ability to bring projects to a business result; ability to take responsibility (for the project/result);

- Developed communications, including the ability to argue and defend one's point of view, openness, goodwill, willingness to help;

- Product thinking, ability to set tasks, planning, decomposition, generation of hypotheses and solutions;
