We are currently looking for a Head of Brand & Safety Development to join our Brand communications team, who will be in charge of safety awareness and purpose-driven communication strategy in all countries of inDrive presence!

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategy for driving safety awareness in all countries of inDrive presence
  • Development of content strategy for activating safety perception in paid, owned and earned channels
  • Budgeting and planning with GTMs and regions of safety awareness campaigns
  • Executing safety communication across all channels
  • Research and insights of the safety perception drivers. Liaison with product, PR and business development teams on driving safety awareness in key regions
  • Development and execution of purpose-driven communication strategy for the inDrive brand
  • Communication planning and execution of purpose driven projects and communication in all countries of inDrive presence
  • Budgeting and planning with GTMs purpose-driven communication in their regions
  • Development of Purpose driven communications for owned channels & cross-coordination with SMM, Special Projects, Influencers and CRM teams
  • Integration of Purpose and Safety communication into the inDrive website

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Experience in brand management. Ideally both in FMCG and Digital/Content-brands
  • Defining brand positioning and executing it in offline and digital. As well as in owned media
  • Working with internal or external production, creative and SMM agencies or teams
  • Fluent English
  • Working and managing with cross-functional (matrix) teams
  • Project management experience of complex projects (involving multiple stakeholders and cross-regional or multi-media)
  • Working with content creation or content development
  • Ability to work with data and insights from research – setting the briefs for research & analytics, gathering insights from research, crating action plans based on data, analytics and research.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowing agile marketing frameworks
  • Multi-national experience (working with international brands or brands for different markets)
