Senior GTM Manager Small Cities

We are looking for Senior GTM Manager who will join our Small Cities launching Team and responsible for development of the regional strategy, research and analysis of the market and also different project activities.

Responsibilities

Strategy:

  • conducting research and analysis of the market and residents
  • planning, budgeting, marketing mix management
  • participation in the development of the regional development strategy

Tracking KPIs and Operations:

  • work with cross-teams to achieve KPI Planning and launching advertising channels
  • analysis of the effectiveness of preventive action and risk
  • marketplace for monitoring indicators of cities and countries for developing tactical actions

Project leading and management:

  • formation of projects in Wrike: setting tasks, working with folders and projects of related departments, working with a content hub, consolidating and exchanging information with a marketing and digital team
  • setting, monitoring and ensuring deadlines for the execution of tasks
  • leading weekly marketing statuses
  • building processes and communications with cross-teams to achieve
  • KPI Tracking materials for compliance with tasks
  • task execution control
  • preparation of weekly reports on the status of current and planned projects and their indicators
  • search and communication of new partners and agencies

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of digital consumer marketing experience gained in a global company
  • Strong data and analytical skills
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English language level
  • Experience of working with a mobile product;
  • Track record of effectively delivering multiple marketing projects in a very fast moving environment
  • Strong project management experience (including agency management), campaign planning and execution
  • Ability to develop market insights, marketing strategy and analyze campaign effectiveness.
  • Experience in launching new regions (countries, large and small cities will be an advantage)
