We are looking for GTM Lead CIS who will be responsible for country research, marketing strategy and plan development, launch marketing campaigns and post-analysis of results.
Tasks and duties are to:
- Country research (customer, competitors)
- Country marketing strategy development
- Marketing budget calculation
- KPIs setting by functions
- Marketing plan development
- Marketing campaigns planning and launches
- Post-analysis of marketing campaigns
- Cooperation with business development, product and other functions
You will be a good fit for our team if you:
Hard skills:
- At least 5 years working experience as a marketing lead
- Previous experience: RH, Telecom, IT, Digital, E-commerce industries
- Ability to plan (Budget/Timelines)
- Channels marketing mix mngmt
- Analytical skills, data-driven
- Hard Communication skills
- Knowledge how does IT product/marketplace work
- AB testing mindset
- Project / People management
- Brand and communication
