We are looking for an Executive assistant to CEO.

Tasks and duties are to:

  • Organizing and supervising business trips arrangements and schedule
  • Maintenance of the calendar of the executive.
  • Participation in meetings, taking minutes
  • Preparation of reports and research upon request
  • Search, analysis and processing of various requests
  • Writing letters, maintaining worksheets, preparing presentations;
  • Full administrative support of current tasks.
  • Running personal errands for the executive and his family members, travel support

You will be a good fit for our team if you:

  • University degree
  • Fluent Russian and English
  • At least 1.5 year of work experience in a similar position
  • Broad-based knowledge, high level of intellect
  • Quick reaction, able to find creative approach to unsolvable problems, punctuality and attention to details, high speed of processing information, analytical skills, great communication skills
  • Motivation to work with a high level of responsibility and with the first person of the company
  • Possible overtime on weekends or holidays, willingness to be on call 24/7.
