We are expanding our Legal Department and we're looking for a Corporate Lawyer who will be responsible for handling different processes of various countries, providing a global vision to the operation.

• Corporate formation and support of global legal entities in various international jurisdictions;
• Assist on corporate business transactions as needed, including financings and M&A;
• Manage entity compliance calendar and corporate filing;
• Reviewing and editing corporate organizational documents, consents, and resolutions;
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and various departments on expectations, timing, and process of corporate matters;
• Understand, research, and apply applicable local corporate and commercial laws, rules, and precedents;
• Assist in selecting and managing external consultants and outside counsel;
• Assistance in the development of risk management strategies and the prevention of legal problems;
• Assist in legal corporate research from different jurisdictions.
