We are looking for BizDev project who will participate in the business development of the core business - taxi ordering service/ride-hailing in the South America region.

Tasks and duties are to:

  • Ensure sustainable growth of Ride-Hailing in respective region
  • Defining a country development strategy through external and internal market research
  • Improving and constantly monitoring key indicators of cities where inDrive is present
  • Daily track of main business KPIs: identifying gaps/increases, generating insights/hypotheses & testing them aiming to improve general business performance, building MVP for tests
  • Initiating changes of city settings when it is necessary to increase business indicators
  • Pricing and balance of the marketplace
  • Making of CustDev: field research with passengers and drivers
  • Interacting with cross-teams (marketing, product, analytical, PR, operations, legal and financial) and their coordination to launch projects, solve problems and ensure growth within the cities where inDrive operates

You will be a good fit for our team if you:

  • Experience in project management, business development (not selling and making deals), marketing, product management
  • Work experience in B2C, C2C, digital companies, consulting (big4), mobility (ride-hailing), e-commerce (marketplace)
  • Strong communication skills with people from different cultures, fluent English
  • Knowledge of the basics of starting a business in a new country, city: what aspects are important to consider
  • Analytical skills, working with data, knowledge of SQL, Tableau, excel, google spreadsheets - high level (formulas, macros)
  • Knowledge of marketing tools and digital marketing (CPI, CPA indicators), how traffic is purchased
  • Custdev experience and testing of hypotheses, readiness for in-field work
  • Ability to solve non-standard tasks

Nice to have:

  • Basic knowledge of Portuguese and French
  • Experience in analyzing of mobile apps digital growth metrics
  • Financial modeling and preparation of a business plan for business development in a particular country, city
  • Ability to calculate and work with ROI, LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, САС, СРА metrics
  • Understanding digital advertising platforms metrics: FB ads, Google ads
