We are looking for a senior Product Manager in the team FiT.

The team is responsible for all web products at inDrive. It works with marketing, business development and other stakeholders in order to promote main inDrive’s products efficiently through web channels.

Tasks and duties are to:

Strategy and Vision:

  • Develop and communicate the overall product strategy for all web-based products and the company website, aligning it with the organization’s business goals and market trends.
  • Identify opportunities for product enhancements, new features, and improvements to drive user engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to define the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives.

Product Development and Lifecycle Management:

  • Lead the end-to-end product development process for web products and the website, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to make informed product decisions.
  • Define and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring they are clear, concise, and measurable.
  • Work closely with design and development teams to ensure the successful implementation of features and functionalities.

User Experience and Conversion Optimization:

  • Champion user-centered design principles to enhance the overall user experience across all web products and the website.
  • Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and data insights to optimize user flows and increase user engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
  • Initiate A/B testing and experiments to validate hypotheses and make data-driven decisions to improve product performance.

Analytics and Performance Tracking:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for web products and the website, and regularly monitor and report on product performance against these metrics.
  • Utilize data analytics tools and dashboards to track user behavior, identify trends, and recommend data-driven product improvements.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to generate actionable insights and make data-backed recommendations for product iterations.

Stakeholder Management and Communication:

  • Communicate product strategies, development progress, and results to internal stakeholders and executive management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for web-related product inquiries and provide support and expertise to different teams within the organization.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure product localization and adherence to local market requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in product management roles, with a focus on web products and website management.
  • Experience in the technology, ride-hailing, or mobility industry is a strong plus.

Product Management Skills:

  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading end-to-end product development cycles and managing complex projects.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with web technologies, APIs, and web development processes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams and understand technical implications.

Analytical Mindset:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
  • Ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and use data to make informed decisions.
  • Leadership and Communication:
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts to various audiences.

  • Deep understanding of user behavior, needs, and pain points, with a commitment to delivering outstanding user experiences.

  • Experience working in a global and multicultural environment, understanding diverse market needs and adapting products accordingly.
