Tasks and duties are to:

• Organize effective team development, participate in the hiring and adaptation of new developers
• Develop processes, technologies and tools for development together with the team
• Create a community of developers within the company, and participate in external conferences
• Share knowledge with developers at internal and external meetups

• We are using Golang (as our main language), some teams are using Python, Node.JS as well
• Main DB is MySQL, in addition we are using Redis
• Rarely for some tasks we are using Elasticsearch and ClickHouse
• Synchronous REST API and Swagger in our app, GraphQL for admin panels and gRPC for service interaction
  Kafka or NATS for asynchronous interaction .
• We are using our own PasS solution whitch is using Kubernetes
