As Senior Product Manager, Verification Automation & Operational Efficiency, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution for verifying millions of drivers, couriers, and vehicles across 48 countries. Because verification determines who gets onto the platform, this domain directly shapes platform safety, trust, and unit economics.

You will drive two parallel priorities: expanding automated checks (AI/ML, OCR, government API integrations) to reduce costs and processing time, while building high-efficiency queues and tooling for the manual review operations team. Partnering closely with Design, Engineering, Data Science, Security, Operations, and executive leadership, you will align complex roadmaps to lower the cost per verification without compromising accuracy or letting fraud through.
