We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join one of the teams within the Trust & Safety Unit, responsible for building a safe and reliable communication layer across the platform.

Our team owns the communication experience between users on both sides of the marketplace — including drivers and passengers, couriers and customers — across voice calls and in-app messaging. Our goal is to make communication seamless and effective while keeping it safe, protecting users from abuse, harassment, scams and other safety risks.

As a horizontal product domain, we work across multiple products and markets globally, partnering with teams across the company to improve the safety of communication and contribute to the overall Trust & Safety goals of the platform.
