As the Regional Driver Operations Team Leader – Africa, you will lead driver operations strategy across multiple African markets, driving initiatives to attract, activate, retain, and reactivate drivers. You will leverage market insights, data, and regional trends to optimize operational performance, manage budgets and KPIs, and identify growth opportunities. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, oversight of market research and competitor analysis, and strong leadership to build and develop a high-performing regional team.
