We are looking for a Project Manager to drive courier retention and engagement initiatives across our Delivery business.

In this role, you will own high-impact projects aimed at improving courier experience, loyalty, and long-term engagement. Working at the intersection of analytics, product, CRM, operations, and marketing, you will identify growth opportunities, structure complex business problems, and turn insights into scalable solutions with measurable impact.

This is an individual contributor role for a highly analytical and business-minded professional who can independently drive initiatives and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
