We are looking for a proactive Regional Operations Specialist to drive cross-functional execution, market expansion, and operational excellence across key business functions. The role involves managing launches, partnerships, field research, technical support, product adoption, and marketplace optimization. You will work closely with regional and global teams to solve operational challenges, improve user experience, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is analytical, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Processes & Operations: Coordinate cross-functionally, manage escalations and milestones, and maintain policy compliance and documentation.
Field Research (App Testing and Field Insights): Test the app in real conditions, reproduce user flows, collect user/market feedback, benchmark competitors, document findings, and recommend improvements.
Growth & Expansion (Partnerships): Assess partnership fit, guide local teams on compliance/performance tracking/escalations and budgeting, coordinate with the Partnerships team, and align partner communications and joint marketing.
Growth & Expansion (Launches): Run market analysis, manage regulatory/operational readiness, coordinate stakeholders and teams for launches, and monitor and improve post-launch performance.
Cross-Functional (Technical Support): Track support trends and key issues, resolve or escalate critical cases, provide structured feedback to improve processes, and align support with business objectives.
Cross-Functional (DOPs Operations): Provide structured driver-ops progress updates.
Cross-Functional (Marketplace Efficiency): Share local insights, coordinate large monetization/pricing initiatives, communicate updates to regions, and track effectiveness to flag inefficiencies.
Cross-Functional (Product Marketing/CRM): Report performance insights, and escalate urgent issues.
Cross-Functional (Product): Track feature rollouts and performance, collect and escalate local needs/issues, drive adoption with regional teams, and stay aligned with product roadmaps.
Support on Data Queries: Good with SQL, AI tools for analysis, and root cause analysis.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 2+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy, Growth, Business Excellence, or related functions
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and project execution skills
  • Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, AI tools, and root cause analysis
  • Experience in market research, field testing, competitor benchmarking, and performance reporting
  • Ability to manage escalations, process improvements, launches, and partnership initiatives
  • Strong communication skills with experience working across regional or global teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable business decisions
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguity-driven environments
