We are in search of a Darkstore Business Partner to lead initiatives related to Philippine, with a primary focus on the project. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as inDrive’s on-ground partner for darkstore operations in the Philippines.
- Support local darkstore leadership in achieving growth and scaling objectives.
- Provide visibility and reporting to inDrive’s regional and global teams on progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Facilitate collaboration between local darkstore partners and inDrive’s regional/global teams.
- Assist in building playbooks, sharing learnings, and supporting strategic initiatives.
- Help identify challenges in operations, growth, or partnerships, and ensure they are addressed with solutions.
- Primary focus on the Philippines.
- Work directly with local founders/leadership teams and key stakeholders in inDrive.
- Potential to support international darkstore initiatives as the model scales across other countries.
- Strong alignment and transparency between local partners and inDrive leadership.
- Effective support that helps partners achieve strategic growth milestones.
- Smooth collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
- Timely visibility of key risks, issues, and successes in inDrive.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in quick commerce, food delivery, consumer goods, logistics, or startup operations.
- Strong understanding of grocery logistics, darkstore operations, and customer experience.Experience working closely with founders or in startup environments.
- A background in finance or analytics is a big plus.
- Must be fluent in English; Tagalog is needed for the Philippine role.
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Analytical thinking and ability to translate insights into action.
- Strong reporting and visibility skills for senior stakeholders.
- Adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
