We are seeking a visionary, highly autonomous, and tech-savvy Senior Digital Communications Manager to join our HQ team. This role represents a major scope expansion focusing heavily on Digital PR & LLM. As the traditional media landscape shifts, you will architect and navigate a completely new reputation ecosystem governed by AI answers and intelligent agents.


In this role, you will take full end-to-end ownership of our highest-priority communication initiative: the integration of AI and LLM into global communications, driving our Generative Engine Optimization stream. Based in HQ, you will define the strategies, workflows, and crisis protocols that protect and amplify our brand reputation across both traditional digital platforms and the generative search landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic LLM Visibility & AI Search Leadership: Drive the end-to-end strategy to maximize LLM indexing & visibility across leading generative engines (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and others). Pioneer an AI-driven content strategy & reputation model to ensure accurate, authoritative, and positive brand representation in AI outputs.
  • Core ORM Operations & Reputation Monitoring: Monitor online conversations and brand mentions across social media, blogs, forums, review sites, and news outlets to maintain full visibility over digital discourse.
  • Cross-Market Coordination: Lead complex cross-market coordination across high-priority focus countries and communication markets globally. Ensure global frameworks are seamlessly localized and adapted to regional market nuances.
  • Cross-Functional Integration: Drive deep integration with PR, content, SMM, and brand teams at both HQ and regional levels. Act as the strategic bridge ensuring that all communication streams are optimized for both human audiences and AI crawlers.
  • Building Internal Expertise: Focus on building internal expertise vs. external dependency. Establish a strong in-house capability, knowledge base, and proprietary workflows for GEO and advanced digital PR, reducing reliance on third-party agencies.
  • Advanced Analytics & Tool Governance: Establish a robust global analytics framework utilizing advanced platforms to track sentiment trends, brand mentions, and visibility rates in AI-generated answers. Deliver high-level actionable insights to the C-suite.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 6+ years of expert experience in Digital Communications, PR, or Online Reputation Management, preferably within a global HQ or a fast-paced international tech environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional digital projects and leading cross-market coordination across multiple regions.
  • Deep understanding of LLM indexing, AI search algorithms, and the emerging GEO landscape.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced social listening, data analysis, and visibility tracking platforms (e.g., Profound, otterly.ai).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to integrate workflows across PR, content, SMM, and brand teams.
  • Strong strategic mindset focused on capability-building and scaling internal expertise within a global organization.
  • Exceptional crisis-management skills with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills to collaborate effectively with our global teams and markets.
